In these photos the object is a pumpkin. It's a pretty large object and on one side it has some marks. I had some difficulties with the background. At first, I wasn't sure how to capture it. It was too large compared to white paper, so I couldn't use that as a background. I decided to just use grass. I had to move it around in various forms to get different angles. Lighting was another difficulty. Before I decided on the grass as the background, everywhere I put the pumpkin had bad lighting. Overall, it was a difficult experience, but I like how the pictures came out.
This object is a cup that sits on a small plate. It is the centerpiece of my kitchen table. I'm not sure where it came from. It doesn't hold much sentimental value to me, but I think the designs are pretty. I used white paper as the background. I took the picture outside, so some dirt got on the paper that couldn't get off or crop out. I took it in the same places I attempted to take the pumpkin in, but lighting wasn't an issue. I think since the object is smaller there weren't as many difficulties. I like how clear you can see the designs in he first photo. In the second photo I like how the crystalize filter makes it look, it gives it more texture.
This object is a pair of shoes. Some difficulties I had were with the background. I had to blur in between the spaces in the fence. It also was difficult to have an interesting pose for them. I really enjoy how these pictures came out
This object is my Claddagh ring. This object is very sentimental to me. I got it for my 16th birthday and I wear it everyday. I like how the gem look in the picture on the left. I don't really like how the picture looks with the mosaic filter.
This object is my Pandora bracelet. This object is also very important to me because my grandparents bought it for me. I also wear this piece of jewelry everyday. The lighting was my biggest difficulty. I tried to get all the colors of the charms as best as I could, but the lighting from my window was dark.
